Every order ships free across the United States. Orders are prepared in 3–5 business days and delivered in 8–16 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your pillow ships.

Unzip the cover and machine wash it cold on a gentle cycle; air dry. Rinse the wave core with cool water when needed and let it air dry completely in the shade before using it again. Do not tumble dry or iron the core.

A light new-product smell is normal for the first day. Let your pillow breathe in a ventilated room for 24–48 hours.
