Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing time: orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 5-11 business days after shipping (8-16 business days in total from your order). Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons such as Black Friday and the holidays.

Tracking: every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package. You can also track it on our Track Your Order page.

Duties and taxes: prices include all import duties. You will not pay any extra fees on delivery.

Shipping address: please make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it.

Lost or delayed packages: if your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us at ismaeltaktak.9@gmail.com and we will help you right away with a replacement or refund.
