We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to start a return: email us at ismaeltaktak.9@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 24 hours with the return instructions and address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions: items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Damaged or defective items: please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to return defective items unless we ask you to.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for defective, damaged or wrong items.

Exchanges: the fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order.

Cancellations: you can cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped by emailing us.
